hidden sex object is pretty different than a very out there full-frontal nude picture.
Kids aren't going to catch the hidden sex things in the Disney movies they watch, but if they happen to get online & search for their favourite character in a very popular children's/tween movie this is the FIRST thing that's going to come up.
