My five month old Macky was just nuetered today. He came home groggy...but that didn't last very long, in fact I'm more nervous because he's acting normal and playful and I want him to rest. The sheet given to me by my vet has so many restrictions...I'd like some advice from those of you who have been through this....It stated that he should only be outside on a leash to go to the bathroom...well, we have a fenced in yard, so the leash is so strang to him in the yard that he's not going to the bathroom...but they recommended this for 10 days?? He's completed trained to go outside..so I'm struggling with this. Also, no jumping or climbing...that too is so hard...my puppy is not crated and is used to jumping on the couch...bed...us, etc. Any advise as to how long you followed these restrictions? Oh...he has not licked or scratch his incision once! THANKS!!!
