In my opinion its absolutely despicable, I was a vegetarian for a few years (not any more) but I never tried to force that on my dogs. Offer your dog the choice between meat and tofu, see which he chooses. I believe in feeding my pets a species appropriate diet so I would never feed my dogs (or cat) a veggie diet and I would never feed my rabbits meat. I feed them what they were designed to eat.
