Bella is the same. She will walk WAY behind on her retractable leash and some times just stop n stare at me. I found that the only way i can get her to walk is if she's off leash. Ruby on the other hand loves going on walks and the outdoors. I call Ruby my tomboy who likes the outdoors n Bella my princess who loves to go shopping n be in her carrying bag. Ruby won't go in the carrying bag even if its filled with treats
But i don't mind. I have a Yorkie i can walk with n a Yorkie i can shop with.
