I use 2 of the oversize lookout carseats for my 4 and they all stay put in them and love to go bye-bye. My jack russell mix is 13 lbs and there is still plenty of room. They do take up a whole row of seats but I have a 7 passenger vehicle so it works out great. They ride in the back row and can see out all the windows.
