I don't think it's a good idea. Even people (who are a hundred lbs or more) are only supposed to be in a hot tub for a certain amount of time because it can make you overheat and become dizzy and even pass out. So a little yorkie could become overheated really fast. I think it could easily cause heat exhaustion. It would be like having your dog outside on a 100degree day but worse because the hot water is surrounding their bodies and they are also having to exercise (which creates more heat in their bodies). I wouldn't risk it
