I have the buddy lookout and it DOES take up most of the backseat! Sometimes, they get tangled in the two straps. But for the most part, I/they love it.

I also have a console seat - but it is only for one. Then I have another seat that "hangs" from the back of the front seat (it is elevated off the seat of the front seat, if that makes sense) - and they like it too.
