I think she will probably slow down once she's not nursing anymore. I am getting a pup who was 5 oz. when he was born. At 3 weeks, he was 25 oz. He's a chubby little thing but I think once he's not nursing, he will slow down. He's 3 1/2 weeks and is walking around and playing with his siblings, and I'm sure the exercise will also help to slim him down a bit. Puppies always gain alot while nursing, then they tend to slow down a bit.
