It means it took it's class and then was WD or WB....he needed 4 singles, and this show would have needed to be a 4 point Major. wasn't a 4 point Major.....
The way you figure how many dogs it takes for 1 point, 2 points, 3 (Major) points, 4 (Major) points, 5 (Major) points., in your region.....
