I had a mom from school ask for a kitten...how do I know when they are ready to go to another home? This is all so new to me!
I'll be sure to post more pics when they let me get a good shot...they like to turn their bums to me for picture time! |
When they go potty in the litter box, and can follow a string when you play with them, they look alert and pretty close to ready to go to me. Cats are much more "independent" than a dog. If they eat the solid food and use the box....they can go. Be sure this new mom knows how to soften food and feed them properly first tho. Do they drink water on their own and go to where their food bowl is without you having to show them?
This is such a refreshing post and that pic is just the cutest stinkin thing ever!! Your Daisy is a savior and will make a perfect mommy someday if you so choose. Thanks Soooooooo Much for sharing!!!
