I went to Hobby Lobby when they had their trunks/chests/baskets half price. I got a nice looking medium sized trunk that matches our living room and put toys in it..the lid is opened, but you can close it.

I also did a cute fabric lined basket (from Hobby Lobby) in a stained wood (they had painted ones too) for the bedroom.

There was a lady that was buying some when I got mine that said she took those unfinished wood letters (from Hobby Lobby) and painted them and glued them on the baskets for her kids.

I also have a rubbermaid storage tub w/ lid in the closet....I will go thru all the toys and put some back and then put out different ones (for a change) - or if I am washing all the toys, I will get out some from the tub. --just for a change.
