Does anyone know what a Black Russian Terrier is?
Well, I promised my bitch that if she achieves her CH. in AKC, which she most certainly will easily, then I'll have a quarter karat diamond stud pierced into her left ear near the base in the front so that while she's in the heel position it can be seen by all. I think it's just fine if that's what you want to do. Just don't over do the size of the ear ring in proportion to the size of the dog.
You'll have to teach him/her to not mess w/ it initially just like a child and after awhile, it'll be nothing to them.
I say go for it! (by the way, the grand thing is that I can continue to show my girl in conformation beyond her CH. despite the additional hole in the ear because her hair will cover it when the post isn't in.) |
