OK - I'm a clean freak too but ya gotta have the patience...it takes time cause they are little and have small bladders. Izzy just turned 8 mos and she is just now starting to get it but not completely. When we are home she goes out every two hours religously (we work so she's in her x-pen all day with pee-pads and that's the only place we have them since it's a reality she can't hold it for 8-10 hours so I would rather have her pee/poop on a pee-pad then on the floor).
When at home - one of us (it's a team effort here with me and husband) is always taking her out. Does she have accidents? Absolutely, but in my mind - it's a small pee and small poo (I probably would freak more if I had a big dog though)

. We have never, never yelled at her - what good does that do. We just say in a different voice - Izzy - potty outside and then we take her out even if she doesn't have to go. Slowly but surely she is catching on. Yay!!! We were just talking last night that in reality the accidents have decreased tremendously since we brought her home and it's only been 15 weeks that we've had her.
So take a deep breath - get your Nature's Miracle out - and all will be good.....
