I've only saw this once, and my first reaction was shock and then I thought but then I wondered is it really any different or any more painful than when we do it to ourselves???...I would never do it to any of my pets, it's just not for me, but the first concern I had was if it got caught on something or if they play with another pet would it get torn out? It just seemed to be more of a worry than what it was worth and another way for people to be "different" than everyone else.....I'd would like to see other opinions on this......
