I feel so bad for you. I just had to retrain a new puppy and here is what worked for me....so far...lol
I made it so there was hardly any room in her crate. Just enough to lay down and turn around and no more. Nothing in the crate but a blanket. I made my xpen small enough that she could come out on paper to go and that was it. When I let her out to play with all of us, it was only when she was supervised and a pad was near, so if she looked like she needed to go, we put her on the pad. I still only let her in the family room and kitchen at this time. She's doing great so far. I hope this works for you.
