. I just couldnt believe the way she was though, I had a sudden urge to grab the dog and run with it (i didnt know she had a kid at that time) but i was afraid to cause she was def high on either acid or crack. I would have smelt the alcohol if she was just drunk, and didnt want to chance her getting violent. the dog was in such good shape you could tell it was groomed recently and the nails were clipped and there were no fleas and she was pretty pudgy. I told the nieghbor if you ever see that dog out wandering again take her and find her a good home please. Then asked her are they always like that and she says yes

. thats when she told me there was a child living there. I couldnt beleive it why dont people step up to the plate and do something about it, i mean ugh that just iritates me. Im still so upset about the whole thing, that I know im not going to sleep tonight.
