Hmmm, I honesly don't know but here is what I've learned. Proestrus and Estrus are the two phases of the heat cycle that produce blood/discharge. Proestrus last from 3-14 days followed by Estrus which lasts from 2-20 days. Usually when the dog goes into estrus the discharge goes to clear or pink. So, that means that adding proestrus and estrus would make a grand total of discharge time between 5 and 34 days. So, I guess it could be normal. That being said, Ellie has never bled that long and I would call a vet and ask or at east talk to a breeder.
