Chip started at about that age. He'd stick his lil red rocket out, hump his beds (despite us telling him no and trying to distract him), then a few hours later he put it back in it's home... there was no discharge though. I only noticed a pin drop amount once or twice a month or so ago, but that's about it. He got neutered on the 28th and since then he's tried to hump his pillow once for about 2 minutes and tried to hump his other bed once for about 1 sec. I guess it's just not the same any more without his manhood! lol

Try to call the vet, just to make sure it's not infection. Also, try to trim the hairs in that area... it could be getting caught on them!
