The others have covered it well, but let me say that my Sammy is about 6 pounds and she is still TINY. She fits in a carry bag to go shopping but she can still go up and down stairs and jump onto the couch. Loki is 12 pounds and he is still a very small dog. Both of them sleep on couch pillows and fit comfortably on my lap. He is a bit big to carry around in a bag, but he is still easy to travel with, fits in a car seat, etc.
My point is that any Yorkie is a small dog, and any standard Yorkie (under 7 pounds) is tiny enough to carry around, if that's what you are thinking. |
