I'm sure she's fine. The reason that we begin taking the temp regularly a week before the dog is due is to set a base line. Like people there is a normal temp. but it is an average, dogs differ according to activity etc. My gals have always run lower than the books say they should with a degree rise in the evening. A couple of days of taking temps will give you the norm for this bitch so that you can tell when it's not the norm. Good luck with your whelping!
