If your vet does it and it is for diagnostic purposes for treatment, I am told they do not necessarily report it. If it is done as a prerequisite to using them as breed stock, then it most definitely gets reported..The Pennhip tests seem to be preferred in this area and they have their own registry..This is just from my knowledge..
