and THANK YOU SO MUCH for the advice. This is our 1st time and anything anyone can offer is very helpful. I have done so much reading and looking things up online and you think your ready and as the time gets closer you get more nervous. The previous owner said she doesn't break the sac so we are prepared to do that as well.
