That smores reference reminded me of an incident last year, the G.Kids where doing the fire and smores thing and I had to go in the house to get a glass, the G.Kids come running in with a well charred marshmallow on a stick, GD ( who was 10) said , "Here Grandma!!".....I had to bite the bullet and eat the ash....after I swallowed it my Grandson ( who was 8 said )," We tried to give it to Lucky ( the dog) but all he did was licked it." .....

I went out to the fire to see if they where joking to I asked my DH if those kids let that dog lick that marshmallow first, they all started laughing, it was true...They had sent the kids in to do that to me
