Yes, they are purebred, both parents AKC with the father coming from Championship bloodlines. It was just a freak color anomaly. Same male fathered 3 litters to my Moms Yorkies and all are standard color. I was surprised the nose turned black also. It is so interesting watching them grow and change! They were more vibrant when they were tiny.
