As much as I love my sister, I wouldn't want to be shut in a cage with her for hours.
I wouldn't, perhaps you could just puppy proof a room for them. If they are in a room then if they have a disagreement then they can get away from eachother, shut in a crate together things could get heated and I wouldn't risk it.
