Just like us some things they eat simply don't suit them, I bet its some type of vegetable that she's eating. If it carries on you could always do an elimination diet where you start with one type of food and then every 3 days you add a new one, so that if suddenly she starts farting you will be able to trace it back to the last thing that you added.
