yorkies usually continue changing colors most their lifes...we never cut our male's hair and you can see the puppy black at the tips, then he was silver for awhile and now its starting to come in dark again and he is only 2 years old. Whatever color your puppy turns out i'm sure it'll be adorable, just be sure you find a good groomer next time
