I wonder if this person reminds him of someone from his previous life (before you, I mean) that perhaps he disliked? Or maybe it is just the sound of this persons voice.
I think that if I were you and could afford to build a wooden fence, I would, just to stop the barking. It would also deter this neighbour from teasing the dog. |
