The theory behind this proposal...has not been thought out. If it goes into affect.....it will only hit the pet owners (and some pet owners should be hit), small hobby breeders, etc.

Puppy Millers and wholesalers can afford the huge fees and will continue to do business as they've always done.

Texas has it's notorious puppymills, but, other states are even more notorious, OK,PA (Amish), LA, MO, AR, TN, KY and yes even California when you are outside City Limits....

What is that term "Big Brother Is Watching". Government is imposing so much legislation....now they're telling us what we can eat......Darn I don't want to go to McDonald's and buy health food.
