Izzy barks uncontrollably at anything outside of the house...birds, squirrels, people etc. While Im glad he is alerting me, sometimes it gets to be annoying because he is really loud!!! Usually when he does it, I will look out of the window first then tell him "NO", or "Thats Enough"....it sometimes works, sometimes doesnt. He is so agitated that the he doesnt even listen...Or I will pull him away from the window and hold him until he is calm. The other scenario is when we go on walks. He saw a dog across the street the other day and just went crazy until I took him over to sniff her. As we were walking over there he was barking and whining so loud he almost scared the other dog. What do I do?
