I couldn't get anything to work with Bailey. What I finally ended up doing was taking him out to the garage first thing in the morning. He has an area in there where he pees when it rains because heaven forbid he should pee outside in the rain. I just flip the pee pads upside down and use a dropper to collect some when he's finished.
