You were above and beyond help to us last night. I really apprecaite your staying on the phone with me for even a few hours after it was all over...About the cord, I got the band-aid of of it this morning by carefully using a q-tip and neosporin to lube & roll it off. I had a time with it because the little baby is so delicate but it's all dried up now.
