 Well I have done this
We even had him over for drinks on our patio and Toto behaves himself but as soon as he goes over to his place Toto will bark, but, only if I am not outside. As I said before he will stop if I yell "Toto Stop." I have to say that my neighbour is German with a heavy accent. I remember when my Grandmother would visit a little dog I once had would sit under her chair and growl whenever she moved or spoke. Maybe this is a problem. |
