Default Found it.

Mickey's Mom,

I found the info. but pm me and I will give you her name and email. I think this would be best to get answers to all your questions.

I read her post and she sounds to knows a lot. I hope this helps.

Also Please remember I have not tryed this it was someone else asking for advice and it just glued itself in my head reading it.

Her reply:

take some lemonaid and mix it with a small amount of water so it's not so twangy for him.and keep it down for him.change it out twice a day.also put him on an anti oxilate food.such as the duck formula,or a vet type dog food that doesn't contain a large amount of calcium.avoid dog snacks that are rich in calcuim.stay away from table scraps especially greens cause there are alot of oxilate and calcium in them.you also may wanna substitute foods that are low in sugar and salt also.alot of table foods have to much minerals in it.
use only filtered and ozinated water.no tap water or well water.
i have suffered with kidney stones since i was 21 yrs old.and a change in diet and liquids will help this.lemonaid will break down the stones and slow down the production of the stones.also you can go to an herb shop and they have a herb there that also works to stop the stones.this will take some time.and just continue to monitor his urine.you also need to watch his protiens.this can be balanced with small amounts of liver.i would use cow or calves liver.and only give it once every couple of weeks.

Best of Luck, I don't know you but I have always enjoy and have learn from your posts here and feel real bad seeing you go thru this. God Bless!
