These are made from reclaimed underpads that hospitals use that I have put new 100% cotton tops on. The fabrics are prewashed and tested for absorbency before I use them. They are very absorbent and big aproximately 30 inches x 34 inches. They have an excellent waterproof barrier that doesn't leak!
