A few suggestions: leave on a radio, don't make a big deal out of leaving or returning, and make sure you leave SAFE toys.
I always throw a few treats around to distract my two for a few minutes when I am leaving. Doesn't always work though.
Also, could you possibly come back during your lunch break for the first few days? Maybe that would help her with making the days not seem so long.
