Kim I am actually good friends with Maryann, we met in Texas last October, and she's not holding her contest again for a long time, maybe never because she's been too busy. She's a sweetheart though and does have a great site!
For those that are confused, we do do a voting segment every now and then when the public votes, but I feel this is a bit unfair usually because the person with the most "friends" wins not who thinks which photo is best. So I used my own personal panel of different judges who can be impartial and judge the contests fairly. |
I agree with having impartial judges - I love your contest for that reason Britt - I always feel bad seeing some poor doggie out there, who's mom posted their picture ....but doesn't belong on a site....and they get No votes, that has to be sad for them - so judges is a good way to go.
