 Barking baby
When I first contemplated getting a Yorkie, my first concern was the "yappy" factor. I really dislike a barking dog.
Toto is probably a good judge of character, as most dogs are. What I did recently (seeing as that I've only had mine for 3 months), was to ask my neighbour if I could bring my dog over to his yard to meet him. This way, it was not an unknown for Kiwi but someone that she has met. It was apparent that he was not a dog person but humoured me anyway and I did find that it helped. The barking has subsided and everyone is happier for it.
