Welcome! I will echo what others have said, but will add that he should outgrow this soon. Gracie had a phase at about 12 weeks where she loved to shred pee pads. I tried every type of frame imaginable and she still did it somehow. Within a few months, she grew out of it. However, I still cannot leave tissues or paper towels within reach. They will be snow in a second!
