I'd say really they grow till a year. They really slow down at 6-9 months but still I think they're not done till they have their first birthday.

Just wanted to add that I've had breeders tell me that their dogs stop at 5 months old...I haven't seen this to be true. I saw some ads that will say this then half a year later you'll see updated pictures and they've definately gotten bigger.
