A 10 week old puppy shouldn't have that stinky of breath. They should just have that normal "puppy breath" which in my opinion smells better than "adult breath". Normally puppies will start teething around 4 months and then their breath will get super stinky because adult teeth start growing in before all the baby teeth fall out and food gets caught in between the teeth and stinks. Your puppy may have a digestive problem that is causing his breath to smell so bad. I'd take him to the vet for a good check-up
