I was feeling guilty for stopping him on the paper. He looked so confused. We tossed around the idea of him being paper trained or litter box trained, but I would hate the odor in the house. Also, with males, when they get older, wouldn't paper training become a problem? I need a schedule for him. Right now, he is in his xpen, we will take him out, if he "goes", we let him run around for 10 to 20 min, then back in the pen. We went for a long walk outside today, and he pooped 2x's and pee-pee'd once. He still messed in the living room once tonight though. How often do they need to urinate? How often do they need food/water? Is a 4hr schedule enough?
