i don't blame you at all.
It reminds me about time me and my mom were shopping at kohl's. My mom had her yorkie, penelope in her bag and she was laying there being very well behaved. My mom sets the carrier on the counter as I was paying. The cashier looked at the bag a few times. Then she looked again, did this fake scream and said OMG I thought that you had a rat in that bag. It was so clear she was just trying to be rude.
