tml1412, I'm glad you joined!! I wouldn't recommend i/d for a liver compromised dog as it contains turkey(which contains tryptophan-bad for liver compromised dogs) and worst of all, it contains pork liver (very high in purines and one of the worst things you can give a liver compromised dog)...If you want to stick with Hill's products, I would ask for l/d...Or ask them to switch you to Royal Canin Hepatic LS14, which is much more palatable and better for them, in my opinion.
