Cheese- fine in small quantities
Dough- not good.
Fat- not good (unless in a raw diet you are including it as part of their fat rations, most people use the skin for this)
Garlic- VERY good for them in small quantities.
Ham- not good.
Liver- incredibly good for them in small quantities
Milk- not good.
Mushrooms- entirely depends on the type, but as a general rule, avoid them.
Onions- big no no as they cause aneamia.
Raisens- toxic, even a couple could kill a dog, same goes for grapes and olives.
Tuna- due to the mercury content it should not be given very often, but provided it is not fed more than once a week it will not do any harm.
Basically she has some very important ones there but she seems to have made it simpler for people who don't understand by naming things that should be given in small amounts as no no's. That article has alot of holes in it, bare in mind that most vets have very little nutritional knowledge.
