Yes!! They can get luxating patellas over time from jumping on/off furniture, so we have doggie stairs for ours
For the couches, we have the 3-step stairs, and our bed is pretty high off the ground, so we bought the 4-step stairs for the bed. Also, we have a little ottoman next to the stairs that are by the bed just in case too.
They use the stairs like crazy. Miko uses the stairs by the couch, no problem, but he has something against the stairs on the bed, so he likes to use the ottoman instead.
