It looks yummy, but you could simplify it quite a bit if you wanted to 

 It seems like it's missing calcium which you can get from either bonemeal or from egg shells. Just take the eggshells and stick them in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes then take them out and grind them into a fine powder...You will have to google to find out how much to add per pound of food or whatever it is.
Also, like lara suggested, when you give fish oils, you need to supplement with Vitamin E.
