Wow, impressive menu! I agree on the grains front, personally I prefer completely grain free. With the veggies, they are better raw than cooked, imo the best thing to do is to put raw fruit and veg in a food mixer and puree it, they can process it better that way as its like it would be in their preys stomach. I make a batch once a month and freeze it in portions. Salmon oil is great, remember that when supplementing with oils you should also give vitamin e because their bodies use heaps of it to process the oil. I also agree that you definitely need to supplement with calcium, as mine are on raw (with cooked meat as treats) they eat raw meaty bones every day so thats where they get their calcium but if you are not feeding consumable raw bones then bone meal will give them their calcium
