In my personal opinion, I am not sure cats come from puppymills. I haven't seen any research on it so far, but am about to google to find out more.
However, I would never buy a kitten from a petstore because there are SO many cats that need homes in shelters, to me it makes no sense.
Any store that sells dogs or cats I just avoid. Better safe than sorry
