When did she have her pups. Stand her on the table, gently insert a qtip and turn slowly the placenta should attach as you gently turn. But, the best thing for you to do is take her to the vet and have an Oxcytocin shot given to her. It will clamp down the uterus, explelling any lose tissue and/or retained placenta, preventing any infection. It also assist in the milk process.
